Terms of Service
Last updated September 5, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and the Four Frame Marketing Solutions client portal. If you have signed a separate service agreement with us, that agreement controls wherever it differs from these terms.
2. Our services
We provide local SEO, review management, content, email, phone assistant, and related marketing services. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine behavior and your own market. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, enrollment, or revenue outcomes.
3. Fees and billing
Core monthly service is $699 per month, billed in advance. Add-on work is quoted before it begins. Phone assistant service is $149 one-time to set up, then $0.50 / minute of talk time, billed monthly in arrears. Payments are processed by Stripe. Invoices are due on receipt unless stated otherwise, and accounts more than 15 days past due may be paused.
4. Cancellation
Monthly service is month-to-month and either side may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid for the current period are not refundable, and one-time project work already completed remains payable.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us timely access, approvals, and accurate information, and to hold the rights to any logos, photos, text, or testimonials you supply. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own organization.
6. Ownership of work
Once a project is paid in full, the deliverables we create specifically for you are yours. We keep ownership of our own templates, processes, and tools, and we may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Third-party platforms
Our work relies on services such as Google, review platforms, email providers, and social networks. Their rules and availability can change, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or account decisions.
8. Reviews and compliance
We follow platform rules for review collection. We do not offer text-message review requests to schools, and for schools we provide monitoring and response support rather than requesting reviews on their behalf.
9. Confidentiality
Each side agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only to carry out the services.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
