• Call information: if you use our phone or AI phone assistant services, call details and, where permitted by law and disclosed to callers, recordings or transcripts.

How we use it

We use your information to deliver the guide or service you asked for, provide and improve our marketing services, send invoices and contracts, respond to your questions, and send occasional practical tips. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any message.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers we use to run our business — for example payment processing, email delivery, review management, analytics, and hosting — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site and client portal to work (for example keeping you signed in), plus basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the portal may not function properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep client records, contracts, and billing history for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal and tax obligations. Prospect contact details are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email mary@fourframemarketing.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's information

Our services are sold to schools and businesses, not to children, and our website is not directed to children. When we work with a school, any student information stays with the school — we do not collect student data, and any content we publish about students is provided and approved by the school.
