For Montessori & private schools

Help the right families find you — and book the tour

Most schools don't lose families at the open house. They lose them online, weeks earlier, before a parent ever reaches out.

Where schools lose families

Parents can't tell what you're like

"Child-led learning" means nothing to a parent comparing three schools at 10pm. They need to picture a real day in your classroom.

You're hard to find nearby

Searches like "Montessori preschool near me" are decided in the map results. If your listing is thin, a bigger school takes the tour.

The next step isn't obvious

If booking a tour takes more than one tap, or nobody answers the phone during pickup, interest quietly disappears.

What we do for your school

Tell your story in plain language

Your homepage and admissions pages, rewritten so a parent instantly sees who you serve, what a day looks like, and why it fits their child.

Be found nearby — and in AI answers

Google Business Profile, program pages, and on-page SEO, structured so AI assistants recommend your school when parents ask them for options.

Review monitoring, done right

We monitor reviews for you and alert you to anything that needs attention. We never send review requests on a school's behalf — that's a compliance line we don't cross. Managed responses are available as an add-on.

Never miss an admissions call

An optional 24/7 assistant answers, takes the family's details, and hands you a real message — even mid-pickup or over a break.

Our blog method

Written from your educators' expertise — and signed by them

We record a conversation with one of your guides or your head of school, build a structured article from what they actually said, then send it back for review and signature. Their name and credentials go on the page. That first-hand expertise is exactly what Google and AI answer engines now reward — and what parents believe.

Questions schools ask first

Am I locked into a long contract?
No. The $699/month core service is month-to-month. We ask for a 90-day runway because local search and reviews take a few months to compound, but you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
How long until we see more tour requests?
Most of what we fix in month one — your message, your Google Business Profile, your admissions pages — shows up as more inquiries and tour requests within 30–60 days. Ranking movement usually takes three to six months.
Do you request reviews for schools?
No. We monitor and respond to reviews for schools, but we don't send review requests on their behalf — by text or email — for compliance reasons.
Who writes the content?
Your own educators do the thinking. We record a conversation with your expert, build a structured article from it, then it's reviewed and signed by them with their name and credentials on the page.
